Design Review has been
transferred from WCI to the Waterford Village Community Association as
of August 7, 2008 at a Waterford Village Board Meeting.
The following is
provided herein for your information on the members of the Design
Review Committee, it's Goals, Responsibilities and the DRC homeowner
request form.
The
committee's main priority is to review
applications for Design Review. In addition, the committee has
developed a criteria to be used
to ensure equitable practices in design review decisions. A data
base of all applications submitted for
design review will be maintained.
